Position Summary:

The Fabrication Shop Foreman both supervises and works with their crew to ensure iron products are produced in accordance with Company quality standards.

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Supervises a team of Fabricators to ensure iron products are produced and ready for field personnel on time, and in accordance with Company quality standards.
• Perform fabricating and welding responsibilities when necessary
• Responsible for ensuring the crew follows safe work practices, and complies with all company, state, and federal safety regulations and policies.
• Responsible for ensuring the crew’s tools and equipment are secure and maintained in compliance with company standards
• Responsible for coaching and mentoring crew members in proper work practices and procedures
• Responsible for ensuring crew member’s adherence to work schedules and turning in completed and accurate timecards.

Experience, Education, and Additional Requirements:

• Minimum 3-year experience as a construction or iron shop supervisor, or other similar type of work experience preferred.
• OSHA 30 card required
• Bilingual in both English & Spanish preferred
• Must have basic knowledge in measurements, and reading plans
• Must be able to lift 75 lbs.
• Pass mandatory employment drug test required.
• Pass the company’s Driver Approval Process required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
